Return Policy

All our products come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

For refunds, you must return items within 30 days of purchase in new condition. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED condition to be eligible for replacement or refund.  If the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect we will pay for return shipping and to ship the replacement. Please remember to include your original receipt, or a copy.

In the event of a cancellation or return of merchandise due to any other reason the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for actual shipping and/or freight expenses if a cancellation occurs while item is in-transit.

 ALL Returns and Exchanges must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED (no fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips or tears, etc) with original packaging. Item(s) returned soiled, stained, laundered or used will NOT be accepted for return or replacement.


Limited Warranty
All our organic crib mattresses carry a 20-year prorated limited warranty. That means when used properly if any defect due to material or workmanship we will either a) repair or replace any defective or non-conforming goods b) refund the portion of the purchase price relating to any defective or non-conforming goods. Check Your Package Immediately Before You Sign

Inspect all packages upon arrival and DO NOT ACCEPT any shipment that has obviously been opened or tampered with. Also refuse any packages that appear ripped, mutilated or severely damaged.
In the event that your package seems to have sustained damage or appears to possibly contain damaged products, please be sure to sign as "Possible Damage" since this will help us expedite a claim.
Also make sure to keep all packaging items such as the box, bubble wrap, tape, etc.
If you don't do that, once you accept the merchandise, we cannot file a claim since you legally signed for it and therefore accepted it as your property.
